Friends of Southwest Grant to SWNA Technology Task Force Computer Centers
Greenleaf Gardens computers are used for business and technology training to residents. Syphax Gardens computers are used by students and seniors. Both centers will be available for general use by the public housing residents, and as resources for on-line instruction, resume preparation, job searches and applications for employment and services.
Computers at the James Creek public housing Resident Council building are used for weekly Computer-for-kids classes.
Signs are posted at the centers acknowledging sponsorship by the Friends of Southwest DC.
